Quite decent with using similar style to the Flipnote. Although for personal preference... I would prefer the audio being in higher quality. Though I guess you were going for a specific style so I can't really criticise too hard.

[Outer Madness - Volunteer Recruitment]

Interesting concept for background ads that you see in cartoons that the main characters are watching. You can probably use this to create a bigger plot for a character being recruited by the organisation and things turning into complete madness as s/he begins to experience.

It has the potential, But truly expand on that and really test yourself into making something that you can use this as a stepping stone for the bigger project.
But on it's own, It's somewhat flat and boring. But I think we both know that and you were just either experimenting and/or just having fun. Nothing more or less.
